Common World inc. has a long history of great support of FirstClass servers and customers. We work with both Macintosh and Windows FC ervers. Common World is a strong leader in creating custom solutions using FirstClass features at a price that any business or school district and afford. We are proud to have FirstClass clients all over the Midwest that invite us back year after year for maintenance and services.

Common World offers limited free Phone & Email Support to all its clients. Clients will also receive discounts on site service and training.

When set up right FirstClass is the most powerful email/groupware server on the market. We usually see our clients once or twice a year for upgrades and a yearly summer maintenance - after that there is very little service & maintenance. Common World's Service and Solutions were changed with the introduction of our Remote Admin service. Our RA Services is a yearly contract with all bundled services wrapped into one bill for the year. We still provide limited free phone and email support, but will no longer build or remotely support any solution 6 months after an on site visit with out a the purchase of a Remote Admin service package. The Remote Admin service is to take place of some on site services and provide better and quicker care of all our servers. This new service has been requested over the years and we are happy to provide it and replace it with some of our others services.
