This solution is needed by any organization where they need to keep track of staff . A user can log into FirstClass and navigate into this area. This area will display their office staff and where they are today. If the user needs to change the location of a staff member they can click on any name and then use the buttons on the top of the window to change the location of that person. The icon will change and move to the column of the button clicked on. There are also calendar links to check on the staff members schedule and a text field to the right of the staff member if there is more information needed.

This solution is 100% customizable. We can change the look and feel of the entire area. We can change what any column name is or even what content is contained. We can add and delete column options as well as have multiple options at for one staff member.

Options to this solution could be where or what building a staff member is in. We can add multiple options to show that they are (in) and what building (HS Building) they are in all by a click of a button. This area can also show when next a staff member will be back in. Check in and out. Permissions to allow only certain staff to view or change any staff member location. Calendars of staff, groups, rooms, and equipment.
