As of June 2017, Common World Inc. will no longer be selling or supporting FirstClass. Starting July 2017, our service contracts will not support FirstClass Servers or any FirstClass Solution. We will be pushing new communication software and solutions for our clients and customers that best fit their needs. If you are having connectivity problems with FirstClass Go your FirstClass server may not be updated for FirstClass 12 and be configured proper. Please contact your FirstClass Admin.

Calendar and Contacts Syncing to iPhone native calendar app:
FirstClass calendars and contacts are accessible on the iPhone via built-in support for ActiveSync® synchronization with FirstClass Sync Services. See below on how to configure your iPhone for calendar and contact synchronization using ActiveSync. (see more information on this below)
I highly recommend to use the iPhone Mobile client for calendar use. All calendar types and scheduling features are built into the FirstClass Mobile Client.
Mobile devices native calendar apps only support the users private calendar. Any shared calendars needs to be nested and shared inside the user private calendar to be seen.

Setting up FirstClass Mobile on Your iPhone
FirstClass Mobile is available for download at no cost to existing FirstClass users on the App Store at www.apple.com/iphone/appstore.
Once you have downloaded FirstClass Mobile from the App Store, please follow the simple instructions below to configure your iPhone or iPod touch
1. Tap on the FirstClass icon on your device. All other icons on this screenshot are the default Apple icons in their default locations.
2. Fill in your Server name, User ID and Password. This is the same address you enter on your desktop computer. If you do not know your server name please contact your administrator.
The top arrow button will allow you to pick between multiple saved server logins if you've configured more than one.
3. The bottom "i" button leads you to the following screen:
This screen allows you to set a few basic configuration options.
